Finding a Home

Apartments are typically one level, several units to a floor, in a building anywhere from 2 to 21 floors high. They are usually 1 to 4 bedrooms and range from 35 sq.m. to 190 sq.m.

The majority of apartments are rented furnished.  They include living room, dining room, and bed room furniture as well as telephones and air conditioners.   Kitchens normally include a gas stove and refrigerator.  Some include dishwashers and washing machines.  Soft furnishings would include curtains and/or blinds.

Unfurnished apartments would include a gas stove, air conditioners and telephones.  Some would include a refrigerator and/or a washing machine. Soft furnishing might or might not be supplied.

Some apartments have communal features such as a swimming pool and fitness facilities
