  • Plan and coordinate housing appointments
  • Confirm and finalize viewing itinerary
  • Accompany client to view properties
  • Follow–up call to client/HR department
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions
  • Ensure lease terms are met
  • Draft and submit Letter of Intent
  • Advise client of deposit required and monthly rent
  • Send signed copies of lease to all applicable parties
  • Perform property inspection prior to move in
  • Check in with client on move in date
